How do I book an appointment?
Submit your insurance and other details below. You’ll then receive an e-mail verifying insurance along with options for scheduling within 24 hours of submission.
If you have Medicaid: please email me about sliding scale services. Medicaid currently does not cover private practice lactation in the state of Maryland. And feel free to send a letter to them about it too!
We are an out of network provider with Tricare. Patients must pay out of pocket and will be given a superbill for possible reimbursement.
